Meet "The Chokers" – a fusion of art and design. These glass sculptures, shaped using a unique technique, celebrate beauty in constraint. They double as versatile furniture, serving as stools, side tables, and captivating light sculptures.
About the Chokers
The Chokers are glass sculptures designed and shaped by me. I designed a large wooden mold and tool to ‘choke’ the molten glass into this unique shape to show beauty in constraint and imperfection. The Chokers are a combination of art and design since they can be used as a stool or side table as well as a (light) sculpture.
