This new design research project explores the concept of an ideal 10-hectare productive landscape. By engaging diverse stakeholders, including ecologists, farmers, consumers, municipalities, pioneers, we aim to gather and interpret their visions of the ideal agricultural landscape.

Our research project is dedicated to designing and crafting an ideal 10-hectare productive landscape through individual partnerships. We’re formulating 3 scenarios for transitioning from traditional farming to
regenerative models, by combining 6 different themes:
Food, Water, Biobased Building, Energy, Social Inclusion, Health and Well-being. By reaching out to our partners but also to new partners, we hope to get indepth and independent input. Testing each others’ visions and aiming for a united approach for just a ‘simple’ 10ha of land.
Following this kick-off, our goal for Dutch Design Week 2024
is to showcase the fruition of three visionary projects, along with a compelling documentary. It’s the launchpad for my pilot project, a realization of my dream, pioneering a 10-hectare land as a model for the future of rural land use over the next 15-20 years. I am in search of experts, organizations or companies with an expertise and interest in the development of our Future Landscape Blueprint. Can we initiate a new collaboration and/or partnership to establish the landscape blueprint for the near future?
