The Mesokosmos outdoor lab is an outdoor system that investigates different soil types under controlled conditions.
Using these large tubes with soil samples, comparative research can be carried out into the effects of different forms of management, crops, additives and combinations of that on the soil, water, biology and biodiversity. All this under the same (climatic) conditions. In this way, the operation and function of HUMAN SUBSTRATE can also be investigated.
