Call for Entries is open! Dutch Design Week 2024

03 April 2024

Dutch Design Week is calling! Designers are key in shaping our future–they are the future of design. The call for entries for our 23rd edition is now open. Designers can submit their projects until 14 June. From 19-27 October, Eindhoven will be wholly immersed in the design of the future, making it the best of all weeks!

Open Call

Dutch Design Week (DDW) is a platform for designers worldwide. DDW aims to offer all designers a stage to show their outstanding and groundbreaking work to a national and international audience. While the Call for Entries focuses on designers, the organisation relies on the many cultural institutions, locations, brands, organisations, and entrepreneurs that collaborate to make Dutch Design Week a showcase of the future of design and the design of the future.

In 2024, particular emphasis goes to inviting all kinds of ideas to participate. Point in case is the special Call for Grand Projects that might land at one of Eindhoven’s prominent squares.

Accessible Application

Dutch Design Week is working to make the application process even more accessible. A comprehensive, tongue-in-cheek, yet informative video starring Bruno Baietto’s critical designer Teun the Racoon will walk participants through the procedure in a series of tutorials. Also new this year, the organisation will open its doors for online and offline personal consultations with walk-in clinics.
