Breathing workshop with Geoffrey Lillemon at Next Nature Museum

With constant notifications and TikTok, our concentration is rapidly weakening. How can we relax amidst all those stimuli? Both attention and relaxation are now a scarce commodity..

We find it unthinkable to delete our digital photos. Let alone that we succeed in closing ourselves off from the enormous flow of messages. In the meantime, we happily swipe on. And we would rather give up our sex life than our mobile phone.

Everyone is finding it increasingly difficult to focus. We are overflowing with useless information and are rushed, overloaded and overtired. How do we keep a grip on our attention? How do we ever recharge?

Instead of an abundance of stimuli, artist Geoffrey Lillemon advocates peace and contemplation. Lillemon organizes exclusive breathing sessions that let you rediscover what it is like to experience complete peace and achieve a renewed, future-proof state of mind. Come relax and be there! Because the sessions can be visited - only - during Dutch Design Week, as a sneak preview of the Digital Wellness Center that we will open in December.
